2nd Chances
Captain James Hardy had been lurking and following Trevor Brady
for the last two hundred and fifty years. Not only did he want Trevor to
renounce his guardianship, but he also wanted him to be alone, without love.
Kate’s soul had reincarnated through time in the forms of Katrina, Kathryn, and
Kaitlyn each loving Trevor and being destroyed by Hardy. If one of the girls
had been given guardianship or Hardy had moved on to wreak havoc somewhere else.
Or possibly, if the Council had not stepped into the fray and stripped Kate of
her freewill, Trevor’s afterlife of service would have been fulfilled. But it hadn’t
and Trevor was left defending each from the evil of the world.
