Little Girls

“I’ve gotta secret! I’ve gotta secret!” Tansy sang as she and Chloe crossed the wooden bridge.

“What secret?” Chloe asked.

“I’ve gotta secret! I’ve gotta secret!” Tansy giggled, dancing into the meadow.

“Tansy?!” Chloe pouted.

“I’ve got candy! I’ve got candy!” Tansy reached in her pocket and pulled out two melted chocolate kisses. She handed one to Chloe.

“We’ve gotta secret! We’ve gotta secret! The two girls danced and sang in the meadow, eating the kisses.

“I know where we can get more!” Chloe chirped, grabbing Tansy’s shoulder.

“Where?” Tansy whispered, her eyes growing wide.

"Grandma's!"

I enjoyed reading this book. Just enough of everything...romance, suspense, excitement. The storyline kept me entertained that it was a fast read for me...I did not want to put it down. The only disappointing thing about the book that I can honestly say is...that it ended!
I look forward to reading more of TD Cooper 's books in the future & so hope there is a sequel to this enchanting book.
